Another Sad Love Story Chapter 15.2

When he got back to his table, he started eating again. There was no way he would give up. He would finish the food up to the last piece. After he finished, he could feel his stomach protesting again but he endured it to show Su-Jin how he successfully took her challenge.

Su-Jin saw how Jiyong fought to finish the food. She almost gave in and wanted to stop him from eating but she stopped herself. Although she indirectly told him to finish all that food, she didn’t ask him to really do it. It was his fault for being so proud and confident.

“What are you doing here?” Su-Jin asked Jiyong after a few minutes of just staring at his face.

“I’m here to eat. What’s your best seller?” Jiyong replied, smirking.

“We’re almost closing so just look for another place,” Su-Jin said, dismissing Jiyong.

“What? It’s still so early. Besides, I’m really starving and can’t look for another place to eat anymore.”

Another Sad Love Story Chapter 14.3

What Su-Eun said was like a hit on the head for Jiyong. He didn’t really give much thought on what he feels for Su-Jin. He was always too preoccupied with the thought of whether to look for her or not. He didn’t really think of the reason as to why he would want to look for her. It was because he loves her, that was why it was so hard for him to decide. If he didn’t love her, why would he want to look for her in the first place? It would have been much easier to let her disappear from him for good if only he didn’t love her. But the fact that he had feelings for her made it more complicated. He was torn between his love for her and his pride.

Su-Eun grabbed the paper back from Jiyong. It was taking him a long time to realize what she just said. If he didn’t want to find Su-Jin, then she wouldn’t give him the address since it wouldn’t help him anyway. She put much effort in finding out where Su-Jin went when she left 6 months ago. She didn’t do it for herself, she did it for Jiyong. Ever since Su-Jin had gone, Jiyong had never been the same. She didn’t feel the same treatment she received from him. Every time they were together, he was always thinking and never really focused. She saw how he struggled to keep his face up but she knew that inside, he was longing to see Su-Jin again.

Another Sad Love Story Chapter 14.2

6 months had passed but Jiyong was still waiting for a miracle. He was waiting for Su-Jin to come back. When he arrived at the apartment 6 months ago to go after Su-Jin, he didn’t find her there. He looked in her room but she wasn’t there either. He entered the room and sat on her bed. Where could she possibly be? He dialed Seung Hyun’s number, she should still be with him if she was not in the apartment yet. But, Seung Hyun insisted that he drove her directly to their apartment from the resort.

He stood up and opened her closet. Her things were still there, she couldn’t have left him without bringing her things with her. But then, he noticed something shiny on top of her bedside table. He went to look at it and the thing he found on the table answered his doubts. It was her wedding ring, their wedding ring. Beneath it was a folded paper that had his name on it. He already had an idea as to what the letter would say, but he read it anyway.

Another Sad Love Story Chapter 14.1

Jiyong couldn’t sleep all night. His mind kept on replaying the part where Su-Jin told him she loved him and the part that she already knew about his love for her sister. When she left with Seung Hyun that night, something in him made him feel like he shouldn’t let her leave, that he should say something. But he was unable to utter a single word and let her turn her back to leave. He waited for her in their room but she never came. It was only until the sun started rising that he decided to look for her so that they could talk. He was not able to find her though. He looked all over the place but there was no sign of Su-Jin or Seung Hyun anywhere.

“Young Bae, have you seen Top Hyung?” Jiyong asked when he saw him come out of his room.

“He already went back to Seoul with Su-Jin. I thought you knew since Su-Jin was with him,” Young Bae answered, confused with Jiyong’s unknowingness.

Another Sad Love Story Chapter 13.3

Su-Eun’s tears were starting to fall so Jiyong’s anger swiftly shifted to worry. He never liked seeing her cry especially if it was because of him. He moved closer to Su-Eun and lifted her chip up with one hand. He looked into her eyes and assured her that it was alright.

“Do you love Su-Jin already Jiyong?” Su-Eun asked in between sobs.

Su-Jin, on the other hand, was holding her breath. She wanted to know the answer to that question too. She had been meaning to ask that since the night GD and her made love, she just didn’t have the courage to say those exact words.
